We are excited to introduce improvements in how you retrieve data from your website users. In this new version of eDirectory (13.6), clicks on additional phone numbers are now recorded in stats reports for listings, just like clicks on primary phone numbers are registered for listings, events, and classifieds.
1. Clicks on Phone Numbers and Additional Phone Numbers in Stats Reports for Listings
Sitemgr vision:
1. Navigate to the desired listing in Site Manager.
2. Click on it, then select Traffic Reports.
You will now see all traffic reports with the two new statistics fields:
- Phone Number Clicks
- Additional Phone Clicks
Sponsor Vision:
Sponsors can also access these statistics via their dashboard.
1.1. Instant Messaging Plugin with WhatsApp and Telegram
If the Instant Messaging Plugin is installed, you and your sponsors will be able to view WhatsApp and Telegram statistics.
Sitemgr View:
Detailed stats, including WhatsApp and Telegram clicks, are displayed in the traffic reports.
Sponsor View:
Sponsors can access these statistics in their dashboards under the corresponding sections.
