Introduction


In order to assist with the setup and management of your eDirectory app, our team requires access to your Apple Developer account. You can grant us access by inviting the eDirectory Team as an admin. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully invite us to your Apple Developer account via App Store Connect.


Steps to Invite eDirectory to Your Apple Developer Account


Step 1: Log In to App Store Connect

  1. Open your web browser and go to App Store Connect.

  2. Log in with your Apple Developer account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to the Users and Access Section

  1. Click on "Users and Access" 

Step 3: Add a New User

  1. Click on the add button (+) in the Users and Access section.   

  2. A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter the new user’s details.

Step 4: Enter eDirectory Team’s Details

  1. Fill in the form with the following information:

    • First Name: eDirectory Team

    • Last Name: Support

    • Email Address: contatestearca@gmail.com

    • Functions: Administrator

    • Additional Resources: Check both "Access to Reports", and “Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles” options, and click on "Next" to send us the invitation. 


Note: If both these options "Access to Reports", and “Access to Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles” are not available, your Apple Developer membership may not support this type of invitation. If you cannot grant this access, we may require your Apple Developer credentials to proceed with the app setup. Please contact eDirectory Support at support@edirectory.com for further assistance.


Step 5: Send the Invitation

  1. Once the invitation has been sent, please notify our support team so we can confirm that we have received the necessary permissions.
